Who We're Looking For

• Hospitality experience (kitchen or front-of-house)
• Energetic, reliable, and passionate about food and service
• Cook/Chef applicants: trade qualifications or equivalent experience
• Wait staff: current RSA and a friendly, professional attitude
• Barista's: Minimum 6–12 months barista experience in a busy café. In your application please outline your barista experience and the coffee machines you have used. Confident on espresso machines – Dialling in – Adjusting grind – Consistent extraction Milk texturing skills – Flat whites, lattes, cappuccinos – Alternative milks (almond, oat, soy, etc.) Able to work independently during rush periods
